How I got here
My experience has shown me how much nutrition and lifestyle habits impacts energy, mood, and overall health - lessons most of us are never taught. Once I learned this myself, I couldn’t help but want to share it with others.
Now I get to use that knowledge to give you a clear, practical path to feeling your best!
The Journey
Early in my accounting career, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, and I worried about how it might affect my performance at work.
Not long after that, I noticed one of my coworkers started changing how she ate. Suddenly she had more energy, felt better, and even lost weight. I was intrigued.
At the time, I was exhausted and my mood was tanking especially with the stress of my job. I figured I had nothing to lose... so I gave it a shot.
Within a few weeks, I had much more energy, my mood was better, and my thinking clearer. That one change kicked off a years-long journey of learning how food and lifestyle impact our everyday health.
