I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, former Accountant, and part-time Stay at Home Mom - and I'm here to help you navigate the world of nutrition and wellness.

From My Struggle To Your Solution

My experience has shown me how much nutrition and lifestyle habits impacts energy, mood, and overall health - lessons most of us are never taught. Once I learned this myself, I couldn’t help but want to share it with others.


Now I get to use that knowledge to give you a clear, practical path to feeling your best!

The Journey

Early in my accounting career, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, and I worried about how it might affect my performance at work.

Not long after that, I noticed one of my coworkers started changing how she ate. Suddenly she had more energy, felt better, and even lost weight. I was intrigued.

At the time, I was exhausted and my mood was tanking especially with the stress of my job. I figured I had nothing to lose... so I gave it a shot.

Within a few weeks, I had much more energy, my mood was better, and my thinking clearer. That one change kicked off a years-long journey of learning how food and lifestyle impact our everyday health.

Then in 2023, I got certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Later that year, I had my daughter and left my corporate job.


Now, I have created The Nutrition Newbie Project to help individuals and teams feel better, eat smarter, and understand how to actually support their body for long term health.
